The Mohammed Tasiu Foundation is pleased to announce that its Annual Return for the year 2023 has been successfully received and duly accepted by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
The Incorporated Trustee’s return, accompanied by payment receipt No. 101203736317, was filed and acknowledged on 10 February, 2025. The acceptance of this filing underscores the Foundation’s commitment to maintaining transparency and adherence to regulatory compliance in all its operations.

The Corporate Affairs Commission, through the official endorsement of its Registrar General, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, has confirmed that the return has been duly accepted. The Foundation advises that all subsequent returns must be filed in strict accordance with the financial year-end guidelines.
